‘Gathering of Good Troublemakers’

WE are co creating a SAFE, SACRED space to fill our cups in BELOVED commUNITY as WE continue to navigate these incredibly challenging times upon our Mother Earth.

As a commUNITY committed to practicing nonviolent resistance to the oppression and marginalization of our most vulnerable commUNITY members, WE recognize the importance of co creating a container to learn, grow, and practice JOYFUL tools to clear our energy fields while raising our vibrations to promote wellness and wellbeing for ourselves, our commUNITY, and the world.

Each of our gatherings will include a special focus on an aspect of how to practice nonviolence based upon the teachings of Ancestors Dr. Reverend Martin Luther King Jr., Coretta Scott King, John Lewis, and the lineage of Civil Rights trailblazers and PEACE builders.

WE will EMBODY each teaching by utilizing the SACRED ACTIVIST tools of meditation, prayer, yoga, journaling, heART, and the power of vibration through singing, chanting, drumming, music-making, and dancing while humbly utilizing the Indigenous WISDOM of the Talking Circle.

Each gathering will close with a commUNITY potluck!
