Chakra Playshop Ahimsa Grand Opening Saturday, June 19th 2-5 p.m.

You are wholeheartedly invited to join Rachel Norris and Heather Elizabeth as WE LIGHT UP THE CHAKRAS! WE are gathering at one of the most powerful times of the year, the June Solstice, to activate the ‘spiritual spine’ known as the chakras or ‘wheels of light’. The INTENTION for our time together is to consciously embody the wisdom of the chakras to facilitate a lasting experience of wellness and well-being.

The Playshop will include experiential teachings of the seven major chakras and their interconnection with the body, mind, e-motions, and Soul, which is a foundation of holistic healing. Participants will receive invaluable tools for keeping the chakras open, including the experience of a yoga practice focused on awakening to the unique energy of each of the chakras. WE will close our time together with a heart chakra crystal bowl meditation.

Each participant will have access to online course material created by Heather Elizabeth to deepen their knowledge of the chakras.
